Atlanta Global Partnerships, established by Emory University’s Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives, aims to support collaboration between international groups within the Emory and Atlanta communities. It collaborates with local universities and the Atlanta Global Studies Center to offer grants for multi-institutional, multi-disciplinary global research and education initiatives through the Atlanta Global Research and Education Collaborative (AGREC). AGREC invites scholars in any discipline from Atlanta institutions to submit collaborative projects addressing global and local community needs. Additionally, the initiative supports student engagement with Atlanta’s global organizations and is building deeper partnerships for international collaboration in research and teaching. For inquiries, contact Obse Ababiya, Associate Director, Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives. Applications for the AY 2024-25 “Global at Home” proposals are due by April 19, 2024.
