Emory University’s Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives annually presents three awards to honor the achievements of international alumni and the dedication of faculty and staff in furthering global engagement. The Marion V. Creekmore Award for Internationalization celebrates faculty members advancing the university’s global commitment, funded by Claus M. Halle in honor of Marion V. Creekmore. The Sheth Distinguished International Alumni Award, established by Madhu and Jagdish Sheth, recognizes international alumni distinguished in their field and contributions to humanity. The International Outreach Award, inaugurated in 2012, honors staff members significantly contributing to Emory’s internationalization and global reputation. Nominations for these awards are currently closed.
