The Office of the Provost at Emory University, located in the Administration Building, Suite 408 on the Atlanta campus, offers various engagement and sponsorship opportunities for faculty, staff, and students. Provost Ravi V. Bellamkonda is open to participating in campus and community events, with requests recommended to be submitted three to four months in advance. Fall semester event invitations should be sent by June 1, and spring semester invitations by October 1. The Provost’s office also accepts formal sponsorship requests to fund academic initiatives.
