The Women in Leadership Program at Emory Continuing Education (ECE) prepares aspiring female leaders to advance in their careers by emphasizing innovation and resilience. The program, taught by innovation consultant Quinn O’Briant, covers key aspects of innovation, attentive listening, and user-first approaches while addressing challenges women face in corporate environments, especially exacerbated by the Covid pandemic. O’Briant, alongside Soumaya Khalifa, will provide insights into intercultural competence, entrepreneurial mindset, and risk management through collaboration and creative problem-solving. The curriculum includes practical modules and promotes a fail-fast approach, encouraging low-risk experimentation. Graduates will gain valuable tools for driving organizational growth and achieving personal career goals. For more details, visit the Women in Leadership program page at Emory Continuing Education.
